Please read the entire listing before booking. For your comfort there is an 10 person maximum allowed at the cabin. All guests must be 25+ (we welcome children with parental supervision) Parking for 3 vehicles No pets allowed please We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, if you have booked a longer stay, you will likely need to supplement with your own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Please provide your own condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and your favorite coffee as these items are not provided. We do provide a limited assortment of pods and tea. The cabin is in the woods. You will probably see and hear animals and insects; Raccoons, deer, bugs and maybe the occasional bear. If you see a bear or any animal during your stay please do not feed it and stay away from it. They are wild animals and are dangerous. Please lock car doors and keep food items inside. Area bears can and do enter cars if they smell something yummy. There are cameras in place at the front entrance of the cabin for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with them. Unfortunately, due to our cleaner's schedule, we are not able to accommodate late check-out or early check-in. We cannot refund for weather, natural disasters, power outages, other things that are beyond our control. Please obtain trip insurance to protect your vacation. If you have reason to cancel your reservation please be advised that we adhere strictly to our AirBnb cancelation polity. It is recommended that you purchase trip/travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.

Sevierville, Tennessee, USA. Close to all the action of Pigeon Forge and all the beauty the nature in the area provides! Local roads are winding, steep, and bumpy. These are back country roads. Bring a car with 4 wheel drive that can handle those types of situations. And remember that It will take some time to get places. The Great Smoky Mountain State Park has no cell service once you're in the park so be prepared with maps or screenshots. Enjoy the views and the drive! Pigeon Forge: 4 miles Dollywood: 4 Miles Kroger: 4 miles The Island Amusement Park in Pigeon Forge: 4.5 Miles Rocky Top Harley Davidson: 5.5 Miles Titanic Museum: 6.5 Miles` Walmart: 8 miles Tanger Outlet Malls: 9 Miles Gatlinburg: 8.5 Miles Gatlinburg GSMNP entrance, Sugarlands: 11 Miles Foothills Parkway Entrance: 14 Miles Wear Cove Gap (least busy GSMNP entrance): 17 Miles Cades Cove: 30 miles. 1 hour 30 minutes to get there. The loop road located at Cade's Cove is 10 miles long. They close it off to cars and allow foot traffic and cyclists only Wednesday and Saturday mornings until 10:00 am from early May to late September. Definitely check this out! There are gorgeous views and frequent wildlife! Clingman's Dome: 31 Miles. The trip out to Clingman's dome will take 3-4 hours round trip. Check out the hikes in this area! If you are not a hiker, be sure to visit the Clingman’s dome observation tower. Knoxville: 40 Miles, 1 hour drive

Roads in the area can be winding, steep and especially bumpy. These are secluded country roads. And while you will not be very far from Pigeon Forge, the last .5 miles to our cabin specifically is bumpy as well as steep and winding. Please come prepared with a vehicle that can handle the bumps along with everything else.
